Service-Specific Questions
Do you offer emergency tank repair services?
Yes, we handle urgent repair situations based on availability and site readiness. If your tank requires immediate attention due to leaks or structural concerns, call us at (562) 650-3531 to discuss your needs.
What’s the difference between tank repair and tank rehabilitation?
Tank repair addresses specific issues like leaks, seam cracks, or component failure. It’s typically focused on one or two critical areas.
Tank rehabilitation is a more comprehensive process that may include surface preparation, full structural inspection, coating replacement, retrofitting, and safety upgrades. Rehabilitation is used when a tank is aging but still structurally sound.
Can you upgrade older tanks to meet seismic or safety codes?
Yes. We regularly perform seismic retrofits and structural upgrades to bring tanks into compliance with California safety regulations. This includes reinforcing roof structures, installing seismic bracing, upgrading access ladders, and adding OSHA-compliant safety systems.
What coatings do you use for tank interiors and exteriors?
We use coatings selected to match each tank’s material, usage, and location. Coating systems are typically high-performance epoxies or polyurethanes approved for potable or non-potable use. All surfaces are properly prepared before application to ensure long-term protection.
Do you provide tank demolition services?
Yes. We perform safe and code-compliant demolition of welded tanks that are no longer in service. This includes site evaluation, structural removal, material disposal, and coordination with your facility’s safety team.
Can you fabricate new tanks on location?
Yes. We specialize in on-site welded tank fabrication. This includes new tanks for water, fertilizer, or custom industrial needs. Building tanks directly on-site allows for greater flexibility, faster turnaround, and lower transportation costs.
Project Planning & Process
How do I get a quote for my project?
To request a quote, contact us by phone or email. We’ll gather initial project details and may schedule a site visit or request photos, drawings, or inspection reports to create a scope and estimate.

Do you provide site inspections or assessments?
Yes. We perform on-site evaluations to assess tank condition, identify structural issues, and develop a plan for repair, rehabilitation, or upgrades. These assessments support long-term maintenance planning and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Can you work from my engineer’s plans or reports?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with engineering firms, consultants, and inspectors. Whether you have inspection notes, structural drawings, or code requirements, we can align our scope to match.
Do you work on tanks while they’re in service?
In some cases, limited repairs can be done with the tank partially or temporarily in service. For most structural or coating work, tanks need to be offline for safety and access reasons. We coordinate with clients to minimize disruption and downtime.
How long does a typical tank project take?
Project duration depends on the scope, size, and condition of the tank.
Small repairs: 1–5 days
Upgrades or component retrofits: 1–2 weeks
Full rehabilitation: 2–4 weeks or more
We provide a project schedule after reviewing the tank condition and client needs.
